Deposits:
$150 non-refundable deposit must be sent via e-transfer at time of booking to secure your date and time slot for PMU services due to the longer durations of these services. This deposit covers your specific time slot and date, if you choose to reschedule within 3 days of your appointment, another deposit must be sent to cover the new date and time slot booked.

PMU appointments are 3-4 hours and cancelling or rescheduling last minute opens up 2-3 appointments that are difficult to fill within three days as a service provider.

Credit Card on File:

For all appointments booked, a credit card on file will be used for late cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your booked appointment and no-shows, this cost is 100% of the service booked. The credit card on file will only be used to cover this fee and not for payments.

Late cancellation/no-show fees:

For Sugaring and Signature Brow services, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the credit card on file for any late cancellations made with less than 48 hours of notice, or no-shows. Any late cancellations or rescheduling of PMU services within 72 hours will forfeit your $150 deposit. Clients who no-show and are unresponsive may not be able to book future appointments at Brow Aphrodite + Sugargami.

Refund Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your service, no refunds will be granted for any services due to the nature of these services. However, clients are encouraged to address any concerns about their services directly with the artist after the service has been performed, and/or after proper healing time of the services has passed. A solution can be worked out to address any dissatisfaction with your services!

Sugaring clients not able to complete the sugaring service for any reasons; such as hair being too short, not following pre care such as cleansing the body of lotions not followed, or reaching a maximum tolerance for hair removal (pain) will be charged the full service to cover my time and materials used during the service.
